Family and settings
Order as a family
One Zepto account, one basket, the whole family. Each person orders from their own Telegram; the person who connected Zepto stays in charge.

The owner is whoever connected the Zepto account. Everyone orders from that account and its wallet.
Invite someone
- The owner sends /invite.
- Pantry sends a link. Forward it to one person.
- They open it and can order straight away. You’re told when they join.
Each link works once, within 24 hours, for whoever opens it first, with no further approval. Send it only to the person you mean. Need another? Send /invite again.
If you already order with another account, an invite link asks before moving you, with a Switch button. If you own that account and others order with it too, switching passes it to one of them and removes your Zepto login from it, so they can’t order until one of them sends /setup. If you own one alone, Pantry asks you to send /leave first. And a member who sends /setup starts an account of their own, leaving yours.
See and remove members
/members lists everyone ordering with the account. The owner also sees a Remove button for each person.
Leaving
- A member sends /leave and stops ordering with the account.
- The owner leaving hands the account to another member. Their Zepto login leaves with them, so nobody can order until the new owner sends /setup to connect their own.
- The last person to leave deletes the account: its Zepto login, saved picks and order history. Pantry asks you to confirm with /leave yes.
In a family group
You can add Pantry to a Telegram group. Each person’s messages go to their own Pantry account, so a family group works like everyone’s private chats in one place.
- Depending on how Pantry is set up on Telegram, it may read every text message in the group. It stays quiet when there’s nothing to order.
- Someone in the group who isn’t in Pantry yet sends the admin a request to join when they write.
- /setup works only in a private chat, since it asks for your number and code.
