Order

After you order

Pantry tells you how every order ended. The ✅ is the one that matters: it means Zepto has the order.

✅ Ordered

✅ Ordered, ₹189 from the wallet: Bread ×1: White Bread 400 g ×1 · ₹45 Egg ×2: Farm Eggs 6 pcs ×2 · ₹144

This appears only once Zepto’s own order history shows the new order. It lists what was bought, the total, and how it’s paid (“from the wallet” or “cash on delivery”). Track, change or cancel the order in the Zepto app, as usual.

Lines may carry a note, such as when Zepto allowed less than you asked for: “(2 packs of 3 packs: all the shop allows)”. Items that couldn’t be added are listed with the reason and stay in your basket for next time.

❌ Not ordered

Something about the bill wasn’t right, so Pantry stopped before paying. It lists every reason, and your items stay in the basket:

❌ Not ordered: - the shop can’t deliver there right now Still in the /basket: tap Order now to try again, or /clear to empty it.

Fix what it says if you can (raise the limit, wait for delivery to open), then tap Order now. Every reason is explained in When something goes wrong.

⚠️ Couldn’t confirm

⚠️ I couldn’t confirm the order. Check the shop’s app before resending.

Pantry asked Zepto to place the order but couldn’t see it in your order history afterwards. It may or may not have gone through. Open the Zepto app and check before asking again. Pantry will never retry it on its own, so you can’t get the same order twice.

Questions before ordering

Sometimes Pantry needs an answer before it can order: an amount far above usual, or an alternative for something sold out. Nothing is ordered until you answer. See More than usual and Out of stock.
