Order

Your basket

Everything you ask for goes into one basket for your family. Pantry orders it when there’s enough for a delivery, after giving you 3 minutes to add anything else.

How an order goes out

  1. Items collect in the basket. Anyone in the family can add to it.
  2. Small baskets wait. Until the basket reaches the smallest order (₹100 to start), Pantry just shows it and waits for more, so you don’t pay for a small delivery.
  3. 3 minutes to add more. Once it’s enough, Pantry says ⏳ I’ll order this in 3 minutes; send more to add, or tap Order now. Anything you send in that time joins the same order, and starts the wait again.
  4. It’s ordered. Pantry checks Zepto’s bill and places the order. See After you order.

Order right away

Don’t want to wait? Either:

Ordering right away skips the wait and the smallest-order rule, so you may pay Zepto’s fee for a small order. Your daily limit and every bill check still apply.

🔘

Only the newest Order now button works. An older one says That button is out of date; /basket shows what’s waiting., so an old message can’t place an order early.

See the basket

Send /basket, or ask “basket mein kya hai?”. Each line shows the item, the product and pack, and the price Zepto last showed:

🧺 Your basket • Bread ×1: White Bread 400 g ×1 · ₹45 • Egg ×2: Farm Eggs 6 pcs ×2 · ₹144 Total ₹189

If the total is below the smallest order, it says so: “(orders start at ₹100)”.

Change the basket

ToSay or send
Add somethingJust say it: “aur ek bread”.
Change a quantity“make it 3 milk”, “nahi, teen doodh”.
Remove something“bread hata do”, “no bread”.
Empty it/clear, or “sab cancel karo”.

Adding the same item again adds to it: “2 milk” then “1 milk” makes three.

When Pantry is busy

Pantry handles one order at a time for everyone, so two people can never set off two orders at once. If you send something while an order is going through, it says Another order is in progress; yours is next. and gets to yours right after.
